“Soft Socialism” is a form of collectivism. Collectivism means the end of individualism. In this collective Ideology, If you work hard and sacrifice much to become successful and your neighbor does nothing to get ahead. He is entitled to share in your earnings from your hard work and sacrifice. We already have a form of this going on with the welfare system. Under the present Obama Administration It will become more overt and widespread.
